The shell is made of 6063 aluminum alloy through extrusion molding, featuring an integrated hollow structure. This eliminates the need for multiple component assembly processes, resulting in higher structural strength. The surface is treated with matte black hard anodizing, which is wear-resistant and anti-fingerprint. It can prevent oxidation from the air and is not prone to fading even when used for a long time outdoors or on handheld devices. It also remains colorless even after prolonged use. The entire processing process supports on-demand adjustments: the cross-section of the profile can be independently molded, the length and width can be freely cut, the shape of the opening and the position of the slot can be modified according to the customer's drawings, and additional processes such as sandblasting, laser engraving of logos, and conductive oxidation can also be added.
From drawing evaluation, extrusion molding, CNC processing to surface treatment, one-stop delivery is provided. Small batch samples and large-scale production can both be undertaken. It is suitable for charging case shells, detection instrument protective shells, small sensor covers, vehicle accessories, and other scenarios.
We strictly control each process and conduct full inspections of dimensions and appearance upon leaving the factory to solve the pain points of large assembly tolerances, rough appearance, and scattered delivery dates for customer accessories. We provide stable and reliable metal shell customization processing solutions for various equipment manufacturers.
