The standard sizes, threads and installation holes of the standard components are uniform, making them compatible with general equipment. However, in many specific scenarios, there are special requirements:
1. The equipment structure is unique, and there are no standard components for matching.
For automatic tooling, small transmission modules, and detection instruments, the internal space is limited, requiring special structures such as reducing the outer diameter, lengthening the internal thread, opening holes on the side for positioning, and limiting the flange. Ready-made fasteners cannot be directly assembled, and only individual material processing is possible.
Examples like the cylindrical bushing with side positioning holes, the nut with flange step, and the extended full-threaded screw, are all designed and produced separately based on the equipment installation drawings.
2. The material is customized according to needs, adapting to special working conditions.
Based on the usage environment, options include 304/316 stainless steel, 45# steel, brass, aluminum alloy, POM, etc.: stainless steel for humid and corrosive environments; aluminum parts for lightweight instruments; plastic precision-cut parts for low-friction transmission; quenched carbon steel for heavy-load and stressed components, different from the single-material standard components on the market.
3. The tolerance is precisely controllable, ensuring equipment accuracy.
Batch standard components are mostly of ordinary rough processing, with a tolerance of ±0.1mm; custom CNC milling and machining can achieve stable high-precision tolerances of ±0.005~±0.02mm, with strict control of thread concentricity, end face parallelism, and internal hole finish, suitable for high-precision transmission and precision detection equipment.
